What data we process

We only process the data you give us through the forms or when you contact us: your name, company, contact details, town or city, and the content of your message.

For job applications, we also process the information you provide in your application and in any CV.

Purpose and legal basis of processing

We use the data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, manage customer relationships and for recruitment.

The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, the preparation of a contract, or your consent.

Data retention

We keep data only for as long as is necessary for its purpose. Job applications are kept for a maximum of two years, unless otherwise agreed.

Recipients and transfers of data

The website and the email delivery of the forms run on Cloudflare’s service. Data submitted through the forms is forwarded to us by email.

Service providers may also process data outside the EU and the EEA. In such cases, transfers are based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism. We do not sell or disclose data for marketing purposes.

Cookies

The website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. The spam protection on the forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) may process technical data, such as browser information, to prevent misuse.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw any consent you have given.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
